As a physiotherapist I want every Women I see to be able to achieve their goals.
In my clinic I see Women months and even years after childbirth.
Often they have symptoms like:
recurrent back pain
concerns about their body
Often that have been long standing issues.
All of these women are looking for a way to get back to doing the things they love.
Resuming walking, running, jumping, lifting weights, yoga, cross-fit
Or being able to have intercourse without pain, be able to dance without leaking, sit on a hard chair......... the list is endless.
Regardless of how big or small the personal goal they are looking for help and guidance on how to achieve it.
Mums are busy people. The juggle of a household, work and life often means that personal goals are not top of the priority list. Not with to neglect themselves, it's just that they put everyone else first. I found that giving these clients videos to follow and personal email correspondence helped with compliance of exercises - they did more in their own time and they got better quicker.
My Foundation Programme is designed to allow you to work in your own time but with the guidance you need to achieve positive results. I'l be with you every step of the way.

I get so much satisfaction from helping women reclaim their lives and bodies after childbirth or injury.
I have three children and a stepson. My family mean everything to me.
I love to run, I love pilates and I love spending time with my family especially outdoors.
